QiFund invests in mainly Belgian early-stage companies, which focus their knowledge, experience and value added services around a creative application of a leading global ICT technology.

QiFund provides these companies a unique combination of growth capital and hands-on management support with the aim to achieve accelerated growth.

QiFund invests in approximately 15 initiatives, mainly in the form of a minority shareholding. The total budget for this investment is 15 Mio Euro, financed by QiFund and a number of co-investors.

QiFund is managed by Carlo Van Dyck and Dirk Deceuninck, two entrepreneurs with extensive experience in ICT based service companies
